The conversation around power dynamics in ceremonial spaces is critical for anyone who feels called to lead or participate in these environments. While many assume power is rooted in obvious roles, the more subtle dynamics—suggestibility, influence, and unconscious manipulation—are often the most pervasive and the hardest to recognize.
This is an opportunity to take inventory of our own participation in these dynamics, to take responsibility for what we carry, and to sharpen our awareness when navigating spaces where influence may be present—whether intentional or not.
This Q&A will open an honest, nuanced, and non-judgmental conversation around these realities. A deeper exploration of this work is woven into the full 22-week Mush Love Initiation Cohort, beginning June 4.
