WELCOME TO YOUR FACILITATOR TRAINING
If you’re here, you likely feel the responsibility of this soul's calling.
Holding ceremonial space is not casual.
It requires discernment, maturity, ethical grounding, and spiritual depth.
This 22-week facilitator training is designed to prepare you for that responsibility.
Yes — you will deepen your relationship with sacred sacraments.
Yes — you will face your shadows.
Yes — you will strengthen your gifts.
The self-exploration and discipline cultivated in this training form the foundation of your evolution into a confident, capable, and clear leader in service to others.
PURIFICATION AS PRACTICE:
THE FOUNDATION OF ETHICAL LEADERSHIP
Before holding space for others, you must examine what lives within you.
In this training we:
• Identify inherited patterns and unconscious loops.
• Examine ego distortions that interfere with leadership.
• Strengthen emotional regulation and psychological maturity.
• Cultivate clarity so you can become a steady vessel for transformation.
This is purification work — not of the body, but of perception and responsibility.

The Architecture of Your Training
Mush Love Initiation is a 22-week cohort-based training designed for steady progression and integration.
Live classes are held weekly on Thursdays.
Pre-recorded modules are released each Monday to prepare you for the week’s live session.
Class times are determined based on cohort time zones to ensure accessibility while maintaining consistency.
Throughout the training, scheduled integration weeks allow space to reflect, process, and deepen the material. Additional integration time may be added when appropriate to support the group’s development.
This training includes both a solo ceremonial journey and a practice ceremony that you will facilitate. You will present your experience to the cohort and engage in structured peer feedback to refine your development.
Guest teachers and specialized sessions are incorporated throughout the training, offering expertise in trauma-informed practice, psychology, somatics, sound, and integration.
I. Foundations of Sovereign Facilitation
You begin by developing the core capacities required to hold transformational space:
• The Art of True Space Holding — presence, regulation, and energetic steadiness
• Professional Identity & Ethical Leadership — defining your role with humility and clarity
• Trauma-Informed Facilitation — understanding nervous system dynamics and psychological safety
• Navigating Challenging Journeys — working with trauma, emotional release, and destabilization
• The Legal Landscape — understanding the current frameworks and responsibilities surrounding ceremonial work
This foundation ensures you are prepared to lead with integrity.
II. Ceremony Design & Implementation
You will learn how to architect safe, powerful, and intentional ceremonial containers:
• Structuring a Ceremony from Opening to Integration
• Solo Journey Preparation
• Group Facilitation Dynamics
• Integration Facilitation & Aftercare
• Educational Modules on Sacraments — biology, history, and responsible guidance
• Contextual Modules on Additional Entheogens (San Pedro, Kambo, Cannabis etc.)
This is where theory becomes embodied practice.
III. Cultivation & Education
• Fundamentals of Mushroom Cultivation
• Understanding the science of sacraments — chemistry, biology, and their interaction with body and mind
Knowledge replaces myth. Discernment replaces assumption.

Your Facilitators
SARI STARR
Lead Facilitator & Founder of Mush Love Initiation
Sari Starr is the founder of Mush Love Initiation and Sanctuary 72, with over a decade of experience facilitating ceremonial spaces and training emerging facilitators.
Her work bridges sacred ceremony with structured ethical leadership. Through years of guiding both private and group journeys, Sari has developed a comprehensive approach that integrates trauma-informed practice, ceremonial architecture, music as medicine, and responsible facilitation.
In 2017, she launched Cannabliss Retreats, one of the first global intentional cannabis-centered retreat platforms. Through Sanctuary 72, she continues to cultivate a community dedicated to conscious practice, ethical facilitation, and the art of ceremony.
Sari is also a ceremonial musician and creator of the 72 album — a body of medicine music used within training and ceremonial settings. Her work in sound and frequency informs a unique pillar of Mush Love Initiation: developing facilitators who understand the vibrational dimension of leadership.
Through this training, she mentors practitioners who are committed to holding transformational space with integrity, maturity, and sovereign presence.
