Join us as we journey month by month into the living wisdom of the 72 Names of Source from the Kabbalistic tradition.

Each gathering is an invitation to slow down, listen beneath the surface, and enter into direct relationship with these sacred letter-codes—not as concepts, but as currents of consciousness that can be felt, embodied, and integrated.

This month’s Name: MEM · BET · HEY (מבה)

This Name is known as “The End of Arms.”

It carries the frequency of peace after struggle, the softening that occurs when force is no longer needed. It does not bypass conflict, but dissolves the impulse toward violence at its root—within the psyche, the nervous system, and the collective field.

MEM BET HEY works on both inner and outer levels:

• Bringing resolution where there has been prolonged tension

• Calming reactive patterns, arguments, and power struggles

• Supporting reconciliation, truce, and right timing for laying things down

• Helping us release the need to defend, attack, or stay armored

On a subtler plane, this Name teaches the soul how to disarm itself—how to stand unguarded without collapsing, how to choose peace without self-betrayal, and how to let force give way to presence.

During our time together, we will contemplate this Name as a vibrational key, allowing its letters to move through breath, awareness, and intention—opening a space where harmony can naturally arise.
