Complementing this vision, Minister Sam brings more than 22 years of experience working within financial, corporate, and enterprise systems. Her expertise in trust law, fiduciary responsibility, corporate governance, enterprise continuity planning, bookkeeping, and financial systems allows her to translate complex legal and governance structures into clear, actionable frameworks that stand the test of time.
