Join us as we explore deeper each month into another one of the 72 names of Source from Kabbalah.

This month, we enter the field of מבה (Mem-Bet-Hey) — a sacred triad associated with moving from strength into action.

There are moments in life when we encounter conflict, obstacles, resistance, or stagnation.

Often our first impulse is to push harder, defend ourselves, or force an outcome.

Yet Mem-Bet-Hey reminds us that true strength is not force.

True strength is the ability to remain centered in the midst of challenge, to transform conflict into understanding, and to channel our inner power into aligned and constructive action.

This frequency supports us in resolving inner and outer tensions, dissolving unnecessary struggle, and transmuting obstacles into opportunities for growth.
