About the event

Have you ever felt anxious, wired or not your self or supported someone in this place? It might not "Just Be Stress." It could be your hormones speaking up . In the Happy Hormones workshop, you will uncover the hidden connections between your mood, your food, your gut, your sleep and the chemical messengers that run the show your neurotransmitters. 


This three-part series taking place on May 5, May 12 and May 19, we will focus on a different root cause that disrupts your happy hormone balance and offer simple, holistic tools to regulate your system naturally- from what's on your plate to how you rest and recharge. You will leave with practical, evidence-informed strategies to support your stress response, lift your mood and reclaim your energy. 


May 5th : Stress -The Silent Saboteur

Before we balance our hormones, we need to understand what is throwing them off. This session dives into stress's physiological and emotional impact- from blood sugar spikes to burnout. You will learn how chronic stress depletes your feel-good neurotransmitters, disrupts digestion, and robs your body of essential nutrients. We will explore how to build resilience through food, lifestyle shifts and targeted support so you can go from stressed and scattered to grounded and focused. 


May 12th: Gut & Sleep- The Root and Recharge

Your gut and sleep cycles are two of the biggest regulators of your happy hormones- and the chances are that one or both of these areas could use some love. In this session, we will look at how gut health impacts serotonin, melatonin and inflammation and why poor sleep throws your hormones out of sync. You will walk away with easy-to-implement upgrades for better digestion, deeper rest and steady energy. 


May 19th: Happy Brain, Happy Life- Balancing Neurotransmitters Naturally

Anxiety, low mood, brain fog, addictions, depression, and obsessions all have one thing in common: imbalances in brain chemistry. In our final session, we will demystify the role of neurotransmitters what one does, and how deficiencies show up in your life. You will learn how to support your Neurotransmitters with the right nutrients and lifestyle practices to restore balance so you can feel emotionally resilient, joyful and focused. 


We are thrilled to have Carley Schroeder, sharing her wisdom in this series! Carley Is a traditionally trained health expert with a Bachelors of Science and a deep passion for helping others reclaim their health- body mind and soul. She holds certifications for NASM and ACSM as a personal trainer is TRX and yoga certified, a group X fitness instructor and a Functional nutrition coach and clairvoyant healer. 



As a mom of three adventurous bodies, Carley's heart lives in nature- whether she swimming in the ocean, hiking waterfalls, or just enjoying nature, she loves being outdoors. Her approach to health is deeply holistic, combining movement, mindset, and nourishment to help people break through emotional eating patterns, balance hormones, and live wth more energy and ease. 


When she is not coaching or creating online programs, she is cooking whole meals, cleaning (because #momlife) or moving her body through yoga, lifting and dancing and chasing around three boys. Carley believes healing happens when we connect back to ourselves and listen to our body, our rhythms and the natural world around us and is helping others do exactly that.
