Wings of Freedom - Jessie Carroll

Join Jessie Carroll as she shares her embodied wisdom. Jessie is a holistic pelvic care practitioner and retired critical care nurse based in Hawai‘i. She guides women through midlife initiation with Whole Woman Whole Pelvic Care — blending science and ceremony to restore the lost wise woman and awaken embodied sovereignty. Through intimate immersions and threshold experiences, she invites women to soften out of survival and step into their next becoming.

When love felt unavailable, unsafe, or inconsistent growing up — especially in relationship with the father — the body learns to brace. Over time this creates tight shoulders, shallow breath, and the feeling of having to carry everything alone.

The scapula are not just bones. They are the structural wings behind the heart. When the heart has been wounded, those wings become armor.

WINGS OF FREEDOM explores the connection between father wounds, lineage patterns, and the protective tension many women hold in the shoulders, neck and spine.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, guided reflection, and the grounding wisdom of Hawaiian healing traditions, we begin to release the armor around the heart and restore the body's natural sense of support.

This work integrates science and spirit — combining somatic awareness of the nervous system with ancestral remembrance and compassion.

Because when we understand the story of where we came from, resentment can soften into compassion.

And when compassion enters the body, the shoulders begin to release.

In this workshop you will:

• understand how emotional wounds live in the shoulders and upper back

• learn why the body braces to protect the heart

• explore the connection between lineage wounds and physical tension

• release protective armor through breath and movement

• reconnect with ancestral wisdom and compassion

• experience a felt sense of lightness and support in your body

This space is for women who:

• feel like they carry the weight of everything

• struggle to receive help or support

• hold chronic tension in their shoulders or neck

• feel disconnected from their bodies

• are ready to understand their family story with compassion

Understanding our ancestors does not excuse their wounds.

But it frees us from carrying them.

And when the armor around the heart softens, the wings behind it can finally open.
